Ok, so who can tell me what exactly the techs did? - I’m a network engineer, I just gotta know! 
RAM’s been doubled, we’re now running over a gig.
Not sure exactly what else got done, but they figured out something at the Reader and it’s apparently helping.
I’m grateful for all of it, I’m still zipping around the system, what a deal!

Somehow I find knowing that there are 94 fellow dopers and 12 lurkers on the board at the same time extremely cool, although I’m not sure why.

I like the logged in users feature as well, and I like it even better when it says who is logged in.

It’s been modified to remove the names from view; all you see are the numbers. We’ll leave it, at least for the time being.

Ditto for me! I don’t post often or at all really, but I’m lurking faster than ever now. 
Pages are loading; the board is flying and all at around 3:30pm here in Michigan. Plus there were over two hundred people on the boards a few minutes ago. I’m really impressed.
