Does that make my toe in bandage a pig-in-a-blankie ?
Too funny! Seriously, though, contact the doctor when you need the doctor, Beck. You aren’t calling to say, I just sneezed what should I do?
Any Armand sightings?
Oh don’t worry. We’re not shy about dialing the Doctor.
I had dialysis today.
I had antibiotics infused.
My toe was examined and rewrapped by a Physicians asst. who came to the Dialysis clinic and treated me.
I got purple stretch gauze to cover the bandage. (Funny how that made me so happy. Matched my toenail polish.)
It’s been an all day affair.
I wish I had dedicated this much time and effort into way funner pursuits when I was healthier.
Armand may have been spotted.
I sent Son-of-a-wrek out to sprinkle cat food and chicken feed around. He’s gonna get some grub worms tomorrow. He oughta remember those. He really did love them.
It’s the little things sometimes like the gauze. When I was casted up to the knee twice, many moons ago, I took markers and colored lovely designs on them. I thought I looked fabulous . Be well, Beck!
I’m on the mend.
Walking nearly normal.
Doc said wear real shoes. Not crocs Not rubber boots, no flip flops, to take my long walk.
I was enjoying being lazy every morning (if you call pain and puking enjoyable).
I walked a short way this morning. In regular walking sneakers. Dang my feet felt squeezed in.
I padded the Capt’n Toe well. Wore good socks. So I was safe.
We made it.
My legs are gonna be sore. Ugh.
Thanks for well wishes.
