I’m with the OP on everything but the month / year. And that’s because I get many people who say 4? Is that April or May? So I say April 07 and then if they ask which month it is I can easily say the fourth month, like it’s always been. Really, if the person can’t figure out which number month it is, when there are only 12 choices, then perhaps they are too stupid to answer the phone for a living. Especially given the varied ways dates are tracked in different locations.
