Well, he seems to be having a good time, if his wagging tail is an accurate indication of his mood.
At about 40 something seconds in someone off to the side said “Cody” and he stopped and looked over. I don’t know why but I honestly expected the dog to day “What?”. Like, if it was a kid that you’re about to tell to stop being annoying for the seven hundredth time today “What? I wasn’t doing anything”.
I opened the link to Cody at the same time as this one from Raising Arizona and heard God.

When I take my chihuahua to the park for our morning walk he makes a similar sound as soon as we hit the parking lot. He wants to chase the squirrels in the park. His sound is more like “moooooomyeee” . 5 years old and has never made that sound until he learned about the squirrels. Very embarrassing trying to walk a screaming dog.
