My Law School is Now ABA Accredited!

Whew! What a squeaker. They’d published a disclaimer in the solicitation viewbook that the school “could not guarantee accreditation by commencement.” Nevertheless, I just learned today that my school, Ave Maria School of Law, has now been provisionally accredited by the American Bar Association.

This means now that:

  1. I can take the bar examination in my own state;
  2. A lot more employers will be willing to look at me now; and
  3. I can give the finger to all the employers who DIDN’T look at me due to lack of accreditation.

Oh, happy day! Free drinks for everyone!*

*This offer not good until the year 10,000. :smiley:
