I’ve finally figured out who is really in charge. The evidence was always there.
The Democrats have the raw numbers, but their voters don’t vote.
The Republicans get their folks to the polls, but they don’t have the raw numbers.
It’s obvious what this means. Yes, the people in charge are game developers who are trying to balance their classes. If one of the parties starts to gain more power, the developers will just nerf them back into line.
