If your parents had been living in Northern Norway about 100 years ago they would just have shrugged and named you Richarda.
There are currently four women in Norway with Rikarda as part of their given name. (When one of them dies the statistics webpage will unfortunately report that there are “Less than four, possibly zero”. It’s fairly unlikely people will start using the more unusual feminizations again.)
