This is an easy one (I hope)… Does anyone have any idea how much an olympic style barbell weighs? I realize there is probably a range, but I was actually hoping there was a standard weight that most of them are.
Anyone?
Bueler? Bueler?
I’ve heard 45 lbs. Anyone want to confirm that?
