I’ve been in a police van too! Fun, hey? My ride was as part of a scared straight program after I’d been a bad, bad teenager. I remember one of the other teens inquiring about the lack of seat belts. “What if we get into an accident?” The cop replied from behind his seat belt, without missing a beat, “I’d have a lot of paperwork to do.”
At the end of the ride we went through a mock intake at the local maximum security prison. Yay
