Some of my apartment-mates found this movie in the communal DVD collection and watched it while we were there.

Not that I’d noticed, though they could have been I couldn’t see them. I can’t imagine any other way they could get large stuff in there other than hoisting it in from the outside.

I’ve seen it done with a rising platform, if the floor where the furniture needed to go wasn’t too high; that way you don’t need to install the pulley.

I found a site from a UK moving company that shows several ways to hike things in through a window - wonder how much that costs …
