My voice-messaging service is going belly-up. Anybody got another brand to recommend?

eVoice is (…soon to be was…) a dandy service I subscribe to for about 6 bux/mo that answers my phone line while I’m on the phone or online; it records a caller’s message so I can retrieve it later – from my computer or phone. All in all, a sweet arrangement that saves me from having to install a second phone line for my computer.

Well, of course, eVoice is circling the drain, as they say, and will be history at the end of the month.

Is there anybody else you would recommend that will do what eVoice does/did for a good price?

call answering service from you telco?

Also if you have call fwd on busy (you probabally do if you use that service) you can get an efax account and fwd your calls there and get the voice mgs emailed to you. Efax as you guessed is primarlly for faxes but does also give the option to leave voice mail - but hey you gat a fax # too.

Thay have a pay and free service.
