So myostatin binders work? Are they safe? What are the long term effects?
And how do they work?
Thanks, for the link. However, I am looking for independent information.
And I was looking to find wtf you were asking about.
I would say: No
The suppliment industry is a multi-billion dollar industry and loves to use junk science to sell you their product. More than likely it has a little disclamer saying the claims are not supported by the FDA.
If it was truely effective, it would no doubt be banned from most athletic events, and would probaby be taken off the market.
They promote it as the next Creatine, but they also say that it allows more muscle cells to be grown. Sounds like BS to me. Or a surefire way to open up a pathway for cancer to be formed. Hey, lets take away the chemical that inhibits muscle cells from growing all over the place.
You ever see the cows that allowed for this discovery?

Scary!
Also, read this:

is this inhibitor the same as say heart medication for your heart to block adrenaline, (beta blocker)?
That’s better. And worth reading.
Like Epimetheus said, it’s basically crap. You wanna build muscle, you gotta lift well, eat well, and sleep well. If you’re lacking any one of those components, there’s no safe supplement that can help you. Steroids and prohormones, maybe, but that opens up a whole can of worms.
Thanks everybody, I was pretty sure it was crap and was trying to explain it to somebody. There is no way I would use this even if if worked and was safe.
