I’ve never been a paying member of Sendspace (and have been using it for maybe 7 or 8 years.) No malware that I’m aware of there (though I do use Adaware.) There should be a “download” button to allow you to download the .avi file (which is just a spinning 3D version of the two shapes, nothing too fancy.)

That vid may not be sophisticated by 2017 standards, but it sure demonstrates how static pix can be worth a thousand words and animated pix 100x that.
You’re right that those are very different beasts deserving distint proper names despite both being “humbugs”.
I guess now that what’s-her-name has evaporated I can claim credit for that bit of arcana for myself. 
Eh, the only difference is the presence of creased edges in the one.
