What the heck did I just hear on the radio?

A men’s chorus, maybe or almost al capella, singing a medley of Christmas stuff based on the Twelve Days of Christmas with other bits cuts in (with audience laughter), culminating with (TDoC or something else) being sung to the tune of Toto’s Africa.

Any ideas?
