OMG-- 698 Candlewood Lane, Cabot Cove, Maine. Home of the world famous mystery writer, J.B. Fletcher.
Ha. I knew that watching all those episodes of Murder, She Wrote would pay off someday.

Clinton Street: Leonard Cohen - Famous Blue Raincoat
Mercy Street: Peter Gabriel (as a nod to Anne Sexton)
The first song that jumped in my mind when I saw this was **Kitty’s Back ** by Bruce Springsteen.
Also two by Joni Mitchell: “Tin Angel” and “Song for Sharon”
You’re good!
Also, Tengu with Spooner Street (Family Guy) is correct.
I thought it was a huge hint based on where I put it on the list.
Nicely done! See, TV is educational too.
Plynck is correct with Mercy Street (Peter Gabriel). And that’s a good catch on Clinton Street, I didn’t know that one!
The Clinton Street I was thinking of was 344 Clinton Street, Apt 3B. I can’t give you the city or it would give it completely away. Even aliens would know the answer if I gave the city, that’s how obvious it’d be. He later moved to 1938 Sullivan Lane. (And that street number is a hint all its own.)
What’s left:
Oxenthorpe Road is Dr. Doolittle, I believe.
And isn’t Klickitat Street featured in novels by Beverly Cleary?
Also, “Baker Street Muse”, a Jethro Tull song.
Yes, Oglethorpe Road in Puddleby-on-the-Marsh is Dr. Doolittle.
Klickitat street is from Beverly Cleary’s books — but who lives there?
000 N. Cemetary Ridge has to be The Addams Family then.
112 1/2 Beacon Street - Cheers
1000 Mammon Lane, Springfield - Montgomery Burns, The Simpsons
Ooo, ooo. Beekman Place is part of a Billy Joel lyric: while the millionaires hide out in Beekman Place / the bag ladies throw their bones in my face, from “Close to the Borderline.”
Yep: Addams Family, Cheers, and C Montgomery Burns are correct.
And the title of Gerry Rafferty’s 1978 hit song.
silenus is in the lead with 8, followed by Cherry Garcia with 6. Tied for third are Archive Guy and Clockwork and Candy with 4 each.
