Name the most horribly mis-cast actors(or actresses) here!

How about Chevy Chase as Irwin Maurice Fletcher? I liked Fletch a lot, but after reading the book (which I bought right after, and I mean right after seeing the movie), I can’t imagine Chevy as a blond, Vietnam war vet, a male nymphomaniac, or have women throw themselves at him. On the other hand, after the dog in Vacation, I suppose he could throw a cat out the window.
