I’m looking into the NASA moon hoax claim some more… is there a moon-hoax debate string already in place somewhere here at Straightdope?

Just hazarding a guess, I’d venture to say the “NASA Hoax Theory” thread you created 11 minutes after posting this one probably qualifies.

Considering the work JonF already put into the question, I hate to do this, but, well, I’m going to anyway. As Enderw23 noted, RiverRat started a NEW thread on this very topic in GQ – where it probably doesn’t belong. I’m closing this one with an added little note to RiverRat:

Please take some time to look around, get a feel for the topics and forums here, etc. From reading your few posts to date, it looks like you just stumbled into the SDMB and decided to jump right in without checking the water, first.
