Certain stars have been traditionally assigned to be specific body parts of certain constellations – for instance, Deneb is the “tail” of Leo; Rigel is the “foot” of Orion, etc. Has any star been supposed to represent the genitalia of any constellation?
Well, Orion is supposed to have a sword, but we all know what it really is. 
Like the Big/Little dipper are really ladels…

If there were, they were probably wiped from all the records in the Middle Ages.
And let’s not forget that every single night, we’re getting mooned.
