Can anyone explain this to me. Has Obama signed this bill yet and does it, IN FACT, allow American citizens to be detained indefinitely without due process?

AFAIU it doesn’t explicitly allow American citizens to be detained indefinitely without due process. But it doesn’t forbid it either.
