Neda Salehi was the girl shot to death in Iran while watching a protest. The video of her dying in the street is on the Internet.
In the video people have their hands at the top of her chest, sort of at the intersection of the lines of her collarbones and her sternum. At first I thought the people who rushed to her were administering CPR, but they’re way too high for that and they aren’t pumping. Is that where she was shot, and were they trying to stop the blood flow by administering pressure?
