My sweetheart and I took a vacation to Spain and Portugal recently and had the absolute best coffee ever – cafe con leche. Coming back to American coffee has been a huge letdown. We tried to find similar great coffee at local coffeeshops (even the big names) and they are just NOT the same! I figure we will just have to buy a proper machine and make our own.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to the make/model of a good cappuccino and/or espresso machine by which we could get the good coffee we found on our travels? Preferably with the milk attachment for scalded and/or steamed milk.
