I found it creepy at first and that eventually morphed into annoyance. What do I win?
They don’t look like they are “laughing” because they find something funny, that looks like they are fearful to me. Look at the one on the lower right in particular, and if the sound distracts you, turn it down and tell me if they look like they are happy, or spooked? 
Maybe it really is just me, but they look too young to really get much humor at all, and babies that age do “laugh” as a fear reaction.
Creepy is how I almost found it. But I’ve seen creepier stuff and I was already smiling because of the link text (Giggling babies)
Wow, I’m suprised at the reactions so far. I found that fricking hilarious. Maybe it stems from having a three-month-old in the house, but I found that majorly cute.
I saw that clip on TV a while back (it was clearer on TV), and I think it’s darn funny and cute.
