Need answer fast-ish: Online teaching product suggestions

I am looking for online teaching product suggestions.

I need to teach some topics in Physics, Math and Chemistry. I will need to illustrate concepts with a device on which I can draw and write and have the output appear to me and the audience on our computer screens. I should be able to switch between the output of the device and the video feed. It would be great if it has a screen to view the drawings/notes, and even better if we can skip the laptop/tablet altogether. In that case, the device would need to have excellent sound fidelity, and Wi-Fi capability. It would obviously need a good stylus/pen.

I am pretty sure something exists that fits the bill but I would like suggestions before I research more into specific devices.

I am thinking of something like the ReMarkable tablet (that can process handwritten notes), coupled with a native sharing mode for the participants to view my scribblings either on another copy of the device or a laptop/tablet over the internet.

Any suggestions are highly appreciated! Thanks.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but Salman Khan/Khan Academy, which I always found clear and pleasant and generally wonderful, lists the software they use. I found it at https://www.vidsaga.com/how-to-make-videos-like-khan-academy/

I find it impossible to write with a stylus. I use a $100 document camera and record using Loom. If i am live, I just screenshare.

Dedicated document camerasvare 1000x better than any jury rigged phone or webcam.

Loom is really wonderful for videos. Stupid easy.

ETA: using screenshare, i just alt-tab to toggle.
