More great recommendations! I knew the Dopers would come through.
Movies with siblings involved in the family dynamics are especially helpful. I’m leaning more towards You Can Count…, although The Ice Storm would be good too.

You could think of The Lion in Winter as a drama about a dysfunctional family, although their problems are not typical of modern families.
