I can’t remember the text exactly but i’m looking for a cartoon. in it dilbert and i think wally are watching another employee about to break down. they say somethign like ‘he is about to become numb to the pain of working here’, then it shows the employee getting angry at how bad his job sucks, then he just goes numb and accepts his fate.
How would i go about locating this cartoon? i am 80% sure it was a sunday cartoon so that will cut down how many i have to browse through. putting keywords into google from the cartoon didn’t help. i think my best bet is to just check out dilbert books and check all the sunday cartoons from the last few years until i find it.
How do you expect people to vote for you if you can’t find a Dilbert comic online? 
I’d try www.dilbert.com, although I don’t think you can search on text. I do recall the one you’re talking about, though; they were referring to Asok, so it’s probably an early strip. I think.
do you remember if it was a weekday or sunday cartoon? i thought it was a sunday but now i’m not sure anymore.
maybe theres some obsessive nut somewhere who has every cartoon stored in memory who i can ask about this cartoon. Someone with posters of Dogbert in his bathroom and who has written an unathorized biography of scott adams which he can’t deliver personally to him because of the restraining order.
I don’t remember it being a particularly long strip, just the usual three panels. That would make it a weekday.
