Need Help Finding Film Clips

Hi all. I’m a teacher and I’ve got a pretty neat idea for a lesson. Unfortunately, like all my good ideas, I’ve had it the day before the lesson and have very little time to gather the requisite resources.

What I need are downloadable film clips from the following films:

  1. The Elephant Man.
  2. Any James Bond film.
  3. Any documentary about Ann Frank.

If anyone could tell me if there is anywhere on the internet where I could download these clips so I can burn them onto a CD for the lesson tomorrow I’d be enormously appreciative.

Since I am only asking for links to brief clips for educational purposes, there is no problem with copyright regulations (to the best of my knowedge).

Okay, I’ve got a James Bond clip. Now I’m trying to get a clip from The Elephant Man. Now, I have the DVD and I’m trying to take a small segment from that. Does anyone know how I might be able to do this?

There is a Firefox extension that lets you download clips from Google Video, YouTube, etc. but something tells me that the mods would be happy if I were to lay out the details for you. :slight_smile:

I’m not sure what you would use to pull a clip from a DVD that you own.
