I have a vinyl express r series 2 vinyl cutter from sign warehouse and the cutting arm isn’t moving up and down to cut the vinyl. If anyone can help me with this that would be great, I already started with tech support there and they told me to check all the wires and connections which I did and they look fine, Im trying not to send this back because I want to get cutting ASAP and sending it back and getting another will probably take a while…
Not to say you can’t get an answer here, but you might try a forum dedicated to signmaking where more people might have experience with the same model. Signs101.com might be a good place to start.
