Need help for Statistics final

Can anyone help with these two questions?? There’s gotta be a statistician out there who knows the answer…if so, please tell me it!! LOL
My final exam is tomorrow (12/22) EST.

here’s the questions:

  1. “Why is there a “12” in the fomula for the Kruskal Walis test ?”

and

  1. “Why is there a “6” in the formula for the spearman rho?”
