Need help with communcations terminology

I am supposed to “look into” this product/service for some people who own a couple of apartment buildings. I was asked because I’m the most technically savvy person they deal with. But I don’t even know what the thing is called.

They say they want to wire an apartment building with a private service that would combine cable (or is it dish?) TV with phone and internet service.
The wires would run into every apartment unit.
Each tenant could use their current providers or use the new system and the owners would get a cut of the usage fees.

What is it I’m looking into? I.e., what’s the tech term for such a system?
And what sort of company provides it? A phone company or a cable company or a dish company or some reseller of those?

Digital cable? You can currently combine television, broadband internet, and phone service on a digital cable line.

Isn’t digital cable delivered through your regular co-axial cable?
The buildings already have that. And there’s no for the owners to get a cut.
So I think they must be thinking of something else.

I have it at my house - broadband internet, phone and cable TV (regular, although digital is also available if you have the converter) all come in through the cable company’s coax. They don’t call it anything special, although it’s commonly referred to as the “full meal deal”. The service here is only available from the cable providers.

You want “Bundled Services”.

Look up RCN Communications for an example.
