Bought in the late 80’s. I can’t find the paperwork and I need to know how fireproof it is.
“Class 350” in an Underwriters’ Laboratory category for fire-resistant cabinets, indicating that it’s intended to protect paper documents. It says nothing about how long the protection lasts, as the full classification of a particular cabinet will be “Class 350 – 1 hour,” or “Class 350 – 2 hour,” etc., indicating that contents should not rise above 350ºC during the labeled interval.
