do they have any that are good for mixing for around 20 bucks.was thinkin yesterday myers is really the only dark jamaican rum ive ever drank
Appleton Estate is pretty good.
Here’s a guide. Cruzan’s dark rum is pretty tasty.
i dont know,i recently bought appleton estate v/x and it just seems like ive gotten a stronger rum flavor out of darker rums when ive mixed them
If you aren’t wedded to Jamaica, there are dozens of good dark rums out there to try. My personal go-to for most everything is Mount Gay Eclipse.
ya,i guess it doesnt specifically have to be a jamaican rum.ive had both cruzan blackstrap and goslings black seal which were also pretty good
oh and mount gay eclipse i seemed to have the same problem i had with appleton estate v/x.it seems like there really smooth drank straight,but in terms of mixing it just seems like ive noticed a stronger rum flavor when ive mixed darker rums
