I’m writing a Writer’s Craft assignment. I need Three good examples of Gothic Horror from such authors as Poe and lovecraft. I am kind of rushed doing it, so it would help if someone who is more fimiliar with this genre than I am can help me with it. Thank you in advance!

I have a book from Dover entitled Three Gothic Novels. They are Vathek, The Castle of Otranto, and The Vampyre. The last is by John Polidori.
A more recent Penguin book of the same title substitutes Frankenstein for The Vampyre

How about something more modern?
The Heart Shaped Box by Joe Hill, or the much more famous Ghost Story by Peter Straub might provide a counterpoint to two older, classic, works.
Also The Monk by Matthew Gregory Lewis.
