Need wine making recommdations

I have misplaced a couple of books I used to have about making wine. There are, I assume, a lot of online sites, but if any Dopers can recommend any of them, I’d appreciate it. I always like “recipe” sites I’ve gotten that other can give the pros and cons on.

I’m not looking to make classic grape wines, I liked to play around with other fruits. I’ve done apple, blackberry, peach, and once even tried mulberry, although that didn’t turn out so well.

If anyone wants to expand this and talk about their own winemaking, I’d love to hear about it.

Dandelions are blooming here if you wanted to try dandelion wine.

I have never done actual wine, but cider and mead. I don’t think it really counts as alcoholic but I’ve got a first batch of tepache going.

On the web, I’ve used a variety of sites for tips when I’ve made non-grape wines, but none of them stand out as something I’d recommend.
