Neighbor Using leafblower

My main issue is my neighbor blowing dust up in his backyard. There is a small pavement (corridor) where it is adjacent to my room.

Is it right for a neighbor to use his leaf blower to blow his shit like dog hair and dust over to my side ? My room window is directly outside of where he blows up a big ass dust cloud of dog hair and shit and the wind blows it in my direction… I am assuming the dust and shit is landing and collecting on my window sill so when I open my window all of that stuff gets blown in.

Also, I have a tree in front of my house that does drop leaves/ twigs in his front yard (closely on my side of the fence) partially (1/3) of his front yard. There is another tree on my neighbors other side which drops enormous amounts of pine needles and pollen which covers the rest of his front yard (2/3). The thing is the wind direction blows from his house towards my house so most of the tree foliage is from the other tree and not mine. He has also confronted us many times requesting to do something about tree such as trimming it which I have done to cutting it down. I have not cut the tree down cause that cost money and I am fine with the tree so it should not be my burden to carry the cost of cutting down the tree so my neighbor would be “satisfied.” I bet he would still use his shitty leaf blower if my tree were to be cut down since there is ANOTHER tree on the other side…

This neighbor has been blowing directly into my side of the house rather than parallel into the streets so everything in his front yard to his backyard is unfairly blown into my side.

I know many people would advise on talking to him but I feel that is a slippery slope towards a negative relationship. I have already some negative things happen to me cause of him and his extended family. An example is my car was parked on the street and the neighbor decides to blow a sandstorm of dust/pollen INTO the direction of my car so it completely covered the car in pollen but he “tried” to clean it using the leaf blower but it did not remove the pollen and just continued “cleaning” his front yard. :smack:
