Is this something you should tell HR? Not in the above terms but, “Just to let you know, I had a relationship with X’s sister which ended very badly.”
I already spoke with my boss about the ex’s sister. A bonus is that I shouldn’t have to deal with her, ever. The second is that, knowing her history, I am guessing that she won’t last long.
We started picking colors the other day and, being a guy, I never realized quite how complex the process can be. And a tinnie bit stressful. But it will work out and the wedding shall be beautiful.
