If Swoop had simply been complaining about the amount of money spent on the birthday party, he would have had a lot more support from me - I too have questions about the appropriateness of the expenditure, and wonder who will be footing the bill - but an attack on the man himself was out of order, in my opinion.

From what I saw of the telecast, it seemed that Coca-Cola ponied up most of the cash. I also hope they hit the guests up for a few donations. I’m sure Queen Beatrix could afford to get rid of a few shares in Shell…

He was wearing the shirts for quite a while before he married Graca. One of the reasons I read for his preference for those shirts is that he does not like wearing ties at all.
