Is net neutrality an issue? Why or why not?
Net neutrality is an issue in Norway. The Norwegian equivalent to the FCC has issued guidelines on net neutrality, but they do not have the force of law, and a provider can’t be penalised for breaking them.
Negotiations and deals between content and network providers are therefore followed closely by the tech savy and the tech press for possible net neutrality issues.
