Neuton? Anyone own one? Anyone own other than a gas mower?

Searched here and found some decent older threads on electric vs push reel …

Do you have an electric or push reel mower?

How high does it mow?

How long have you had it and are you happy with it?

What sort of acrerage are you mowing?

At this point with 1/10th of an acre, (most of it house and driveway) I don’t need an all-fired get out gas mower - but the push mowers I’ve seen don’t leave me a high cut (I want at least three if not four inches).

I’ve looked at the Nueton but … that’s a lot of moolah, though I severely appreciate the edger (then again … I’ve got maybe 30 feet total to edge?)

I’m also looking to not have to rake or bag afterwards - so I’d fit an electric with a mulcher rather than a bag - are there any reel mulchers?

I’ve used a hand-push mower, because my ex-roommate was an ecology-fundie and refused to allow a gas mower on the lawn. Even on our very small, mostly flat lawn it was an incredibly lot of work. I’ll never, ever use one again, not even if the grass is up to my waist.
I’m getting off my soap box now.
It mowed to about 2 inches. Not very high, I thought at the time.

push mowers aren’t fantastic oh higher grass … you have to whack it to a managable height, then use the push mower to maintain it.
