New and "very ornate" dinosaur discovered

Very snazzy looking beastie indeed

“Most Ornate” is in the eye of the beholder. The “caribou-like” additions to the top of the frill are something new to me, but is it really “more ornate” than a Pentaceratops or a Styracosaurus? (Both known from before my birth)

So the key pair of features of the triceratops family tree were probably more evolved for rutting and courtship display, rather than direct predator defense. Nice fossil sample.
