X-Ray PC. Just found it and I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet, but it looks interesting.
Interesting. I recently had my first brush with malware that wasn’t handled adequately by AdAdware or Spybot. It was the VX2 (I think – I was so traumatized I’ve already nuked it out of my brain) malware. With some advice I found searching the board and searching Google, I think I’ve managed to get rid of it.
I still wonder where I caught the blasted thing. I’m pretty paranoid, and that makes me fairly careful, but something slipped by. I wish I could blame it on something my husband did, but since I’m the one on the computer about 90% of the time, odds are it slipped by me.
It’s an excellent product - especially the online analyzer; saves some time when working with an infected system.
