I, for one, enjoy the commentary from the non-players in the thread, even if the commentator lucks upon my secret plot to destroy the world. I think we all just need to take it on faith that no one is pressuring the peanut gallery to write something favorable.

FOTW’s copyright policy would allow those flags to be used on non-commercial websites uder the condition that they not be altered and the author as well as FOTW get quoted (detailed conditions available here.

OK, it’s not a guarantee, but I think it would be more than just a 50/50 guess. But I don’t know what’s been going on behind the scenes, so I’m probably missing something. There’s also something I haven’t been able to figure out from the rules that applies, but I’ll wait to ask it until after your deadline just in case.

JayLa: I’d love to hash out with you the tactical questions behind my defense this turn in Abe’s game. When’s the deadline, tomorrow night? Tonight? Remember that in order to support a unit in defense, that unit has to either hold or support; it can’t be ordered to move. In other words, if I order my Fleet in Marseilles to the Gulf of Lyon (F Mar-GOL in the parlance), I can’t order Spain or Gascony to support Marseilles (well, I could order it, but the support would fail). That one always used to bite me.

Awaiting orders from two of you. One of them alerted me he might be late. As soon as both are in, I’ll try to adjudicate.
Question: We usually try to avoid weekend adjudications, since it’s easier to blow off work than the family. Does that matter to you’se guys? Depending on when orders are in, I’ll make builds due Friday, tomorrow, at 5:00 p.m. CST, or Saturday morning.
