I live with another Doper, so if anything happened to me, I think he’d notice. If it weren’t for him, maybe a couple people in the chat room might note my absence.

**Vivalostwages ** might, as well. She emails me occasionally and I get mail from her almost weekly.

I have in my will that Ukulele Ike is to be informed of my lamentable demise, and that he lobby for a memorial smiley (one glaring through a lorgnette and going, “well really!”).

I live with one doper - Leechboy and at times in the past when he and I have both been busy (having a baby and all) Thylacine has kept the dope updated for us.

Wonder if she will be our doper buddy if I ask nice?

I would probably also notice if some of the posters I keep in touch with went missing in action for a while. Just might not think to find out why until it is too late though.

I have got several of my RL friends to sign up to the SDMB. They’d do the biz if I popped my clogs FWIW anyway.

I don’t even have a Real Life buddy. I’m between social groups at the moment.

Come to think of it, Seige’ was looking for an excuse for her and me to exchange phone numbers.

There are about 3 dopers who don’t post regularly that I know from another board. But probably nobody on SDMB would miss me anyhow.

That’s what you get when you’re a mostly-lurker, I guess.
