An article in the NY Times says that a collaboration between the military and scientists in Montana led them to blame CCD on a combination of a virus and a fungal infection for reasons not fully understood.
Forget that, they figured out how to use bees to detect explosives and landmines.
Okay, there’s some work left for practical implementation, still that’s just cool.
But yeah, good work on the bee die off thing, too.
I wonder if they can engineer a virus/fungus that kills off cockroaches?
