Currently I have a Beige G3 Desktop (with an external 40 GB FW drive that I use for iMovie). I’m looking to upgrade to a model that includes a SuperDrive for burning DVDs from my iMovies. I’m leaning towards a tower (I know the eMacs now include superdrives also), and with the new line of power macs coming out, thought I could get a good deal on previous G4s.

ClubMac offers the PowerMac G4/933 256/60.0/SuperDrive/56k/1000BT, model no. M8666LL/A, for $1,449 after an instant rebate. Down $200 since our last mention (and yesterday’s announcement of the new models), it’s the lowest price we’ve seen.
(I can use my existing Optiquest 17" monitor…right?)
Any other models I might want to be considering?
