Thought I heard Willie recorded a new album of Sinatra songs. True?
According the the folks on Willie’s Roadhouse XM channel, yes. They’ve played several cuts from it over the past week or so.
Amazon has it for pr-order set to be released 9/14.

Hot dang, Shotgun Willie! I love this man, and I hope he never dies! Thanks for posting this. I’ve been hanging out a bit more at The Beatles Channel on Sirius these days, but this reminds me I need to get back to the Roadhouse once in a while.
I’ve been expecting a “duets” album from him for a while now, just because that’s what an older musician sensibly makes for fast money when he expects to pass unexpectedly.
