I’m really surprised the Dope isn’t on there. It frightens me to think there are other fora out there which take up even more time from other people’s lives than this takes from mine.
It’s my understanding that AFF is basically a place for prostitutes to advertise. The professional pays to put up a profile or whatever, and then the “free user” contacts her or him and negotiates from there. There probably are some scams in amongst the other places you always get pop-up ads for, though.
I love how on the big blog island, there’s a peninsula full of liberal blogs, and there’s a peninsula full of conservative blogs, and in between is the Bay Of Flame.
The only thing on there that I involve myself regularly with is Twitter. Everything else I do is too small to be included or, if it is there, I only do in passing on rare occasions.
Can anyone explain what the stuff behind the “Great Firewall” is? I know China is feisty with the internet and all but I don’t get all the references on the map behind that line and I’m a little stumped why Happy Farm is straddling it.
