I love FoxTrot but I was absolutely floored when Bill Amend did an Ellen Feiss strip a couple weeks ago. I even got an email response when I complimented him for going with such an obscure joke. He said the enjoyment for the 1% who got it would more than make up for the 99% who didn’t.
