I dunno if anyone is watching this, but the episode where the contestants tried to mimic the dishes at four Asian restaurants in LA? We just ate at Jitlada, the Thai Restaurant, and had the specialty (green curry soup from southern Thailand.) I gotta say, everything we had we absolutely delicious and VERY authentic according to our friends who had lived in Thailand for a period.)
I’ve been watching this season, particularly since I’ve seen a number of the competitors on other shows.
That’s cool, I’m not a fan of Thai food myself, but it looked to me like all of the restaurants were VERY authentic.
I was very impressed with the restaurants shown. The chefs’ attempts? Not so much for the most part.
