Wel the judge has ruled annd has ruled that [ulr=“Judge rules for players, ends NFL lockout; owners file appeal, seek stay - ESPN”]lockout must end. The owners are going to ask for a stay, so they can appela, which if granted means…the LOCKOUT IS BACK ON!
I dunno what this means in terms of the draft, can players be traded without a CBA?
NFL’s motion for a stay denied. So what does that mean, this year gets played under 2010 CBA rules?
Edit: I guess Judge Nelson denied the stay, but the appeals court still may do it. I don’t really know what any of this stuff means.
The league is instructing teams to resume operations, and is issuing them guidelines on how to handle signing free agents, making trades, etc.
