Nick Adams, (born Nicholas Adamopolous in Australia) seems to like sucking Trump’s dick to the point that Trump’s weenie is maybe half-way down Nick’s throat. I mean, size matters yes?
But anyway, this bloke is soooo far over the top with his fawning, it’s borders on satire. And to be honest, I’m not really sure! Yes, he is a conservative commentator in the US, and ‘apparently’ is a fair-dinkum acolyte, but really??
So, whaddya reckon? Is Nick Adams the real thing, or is he just spinning the spiel for shits and giggles (and $$ of course).
At some point this becomes a distinction without a difference. I’m sure that there were many people who joined the NDSAP because it seemed like a fun time and gave them good networking opportunities even if they didn’t care about Jews or buy into to the nonsensical racial purity Blödsinn, but at the end of the day they were still Nazis who allied themselves with a hateful and genocidal movement that devastated Europe and North Africa in s horrific war.
I think the internet has changed that. It’s not that individuals are hanging onto the bandwagon expecting a return (like the Tucker Carlson’s of this world), it’s those in the cyberplaces getting a big hard on with no tangible benefits. It’s the Nick’s of today. Is he getting hits because he’s a Trumpist, or is he getting them because of parodying the Orange Man? And who knows, apart from Nick himself?
I vaguely remember us having a thread about him some time ago, but i’m too lazy to look it up. My view of him is that he was an unremarkable author/commentator until Trump tweeted about his book at which point sales went through the roof and he got a giant windfall that was more success than he had ever had in his life combined. He’s now being outrageously pro Trump in hopes that Trump will hear about it impressed by his shameless kissing up and say something nice about him and he’ll get another giant windfall.

Agree re barbecue. Never saw the “love” for chicken-fried steak.
I only had it once that I liked. It was battered very lightly, the steak was flavorable and not too tough, and the gravy was on the side, so I could control the amount and also not have it make the batter soggy. Otherwise? Blech.
I’ve seen that video. I give two possibilities: He’s Trumpy, but he’s not that Trumpy, and is making fun of the people who are. Or he’s mocking what the Left thinks Trumpies are. Or, likely, both at the same time.
But I lean more towards him being conservative but not all-in on Trump, while mocking a lot of the cultural Trump stuff.
